Maria Alvarado
Maria is the Branch Manager of our Bethlehem PA location and is responsible for overseeing all of our cleaning teams. She joined our team in 2020 as a team member, and subsequently was promoted to Branch Manager when our previous manager retired, due to her extensive past customer service experience. Maria is bi-lingual and has a well-rounded experience, in customer service environments as well as both leading teams and working on them, which makes her an integral part of our team here at The Maids. She lives in Easton with her husband and family.

The team leader was very nice! She contacted us to check if it was ok to stay longer than we wanted to go over things, which I appreciated because in past experiences with other companies they did not ask they just did. The house was super clean when we got home and we were very pleased! We will definitely use them again!
